Delivering a top-quality result relies on starting with the absolute best ingredients. Sourcing, processing, and producing high quality produce is a key priority for PUFI, both to satisfy its own exacting quality standards and to meet clients and consumers’ expectations.
The product process periodically obtains audit of the food safety system by BPOM RI (National Agency of Food and Drug Control of Republic Indonesia) and implementing the ISO 22000 is an internationally recognized standard that combines the ISO 9001 approach to food safety management and HACCP for the assurance of food safety at all levels. All products are according to the halal terms on Sharia standards which monitored by the LPPOM MUI.
Our Central kitchen provides a vast array of main dishes, bakery items, and spices for both the wholesale and retail market. Supported with fully equipped modern and sophisticated machinery, such as blast freezer and other production systems has been designed by international reputation standard for producing hygienic and high-quality products.
Blast freezing is a rapid form of freezing which minimizes the damage and preserves food of a higher quality. Apart from the obvious advantages, it has a better tasting product, blast freezing offers health and safety benefits. The extreme temperature dramatically slows down metabolic activity and there is a greatly reduced risk of contamination providing food is handled safely and subjected to freezing immediately after preparation.
All delivered products to customers had passed the process of quality inspection by our quality controller on each product. PUFI staff members are involved at every stage, working with partners, suppliers and local growers to ensure safety, quality, hygiene and consistency.

Each PUFI employee is continuously monitored and evaluated for the quality of the service he or she provides.
